Our landlord, Dan, has been very reasonable and helpful. We rented from university rentals for the last 3 years and stayed in a nice, clean house. We never had any problems with the staff and the maintenance crew would always fix any of the units that were having problems. Would recommend!
Do not rent from these people if possible. They are thieves and take your security deposit. We paid over 1000 dollars in a security deposit, wrote down everything wrong with the apartment when we got there, took excellent care of the place, and still only got a little over 300 back. I am not alone either, I do not know anyone who got back more of their security deposit than me. I was warned by a friend not to rent through this place and didn't listen because I knew I would take care of the place and get my deposit back. I was wrong, no matter what they steal it. So just stay away!!! Don't ignore the bad posts like I did.
Don't expect to get your security deposit returned, because they lose records. You will have to go to court to get it back. There was never any upkeep on my property, as well.
The last 2 years I rented from University Rentals. The house we stayed in was very well-kept and the staff was fair and would always help when things in the house needed attention and worked on. I would highly recommend renting from them for any student needing a place to stay
INSANELY RUDE STAFF!!!! Called to discuss not having trash can lids and the women proceeded to yell at me and then hung up on me? What kind of staff does that
