They were efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and personable. I would consider them to be friends of mine. I have recommended them to friends and they also have had positive experiences. They know the area and they know who to go to, they are willing to step in and help whenever they can. They came in when a deal wasn't going well. I sent an email at 10:00 at night and I got a response right away to call them so they could help with the situation
We found Classic Gold through a referral of a friend and really enjoyed working with them. They worked with us around our crazy work schedules to meet in seeing the different houses and filling out the paperwork. I was interested in a home, but Mark wouldn't even consider showing it to me because I am not working with a realtor. My previous job was as a housing counsellor walking people through the process of home buying, and having a realtor isn't a requirement anyway. The owners missed out on a sale because Mark didn't feel I was worth his time.
