I really want to support the place but honestly i am turned off... The owner can be a wonderful person at times, but when you catch him in the wrong mood its pretty awful. Retail ain't for everyone!
The owner here treats you like you are the scum of the earth. Walked in to ask a few questions and he treated me like I was incompetent. He was also incredibly sarcastic. I ended up walking out without any pertinent information. He keeps his dog in there and when you walk in it sounds like it is going to eat you. Very unwelcoming. There are several other bike stores, with way better service.
I visited the store and was treated tersely and with contempt. However, because i am currently unemployed i called the shop regarding employment (hoping to forget the bad service i received on my last visit), the answer i received was a simple "no" and the dial tone. Needless to say, this shop, though perhaps well stocked, has provided me nothing but unacceptable service.
