I'm from Kenton, OH but have been serving in the military for 17 years; currently stationed at Ft. Lee, VA. I rode home to spend time with my family for a couple days during 4th of July. On my way back I was stopping at some Harley dealers along the way to collect a pin and poker chip. Since I bought my bike, 2016 Ultra Classic, I've had a hell of a time getting my gas cap off and on. When I arrived at their dealership, they were very welcoming and nice so I decided to ask if they've heard of this issue or could help me with it. I went back to service and if I remember correctly, Trish helped me. So nice and professional. Explained to me there have been a few bikes here and there having similar issues, before I knew it, she had already put a new gas cap on for me and I was good to go, covered under warranty. I know it's just a gas cap, but I have literally spent over 5 minutes before trying to either get it on or off, now it goes on and off as it is supposed to. Everyone I came in contact with were very helpful and nice, excellent dealership, stop by and check them out.
