The food is normally good, there's a couple girls where I think their forte is not customer service. I'm guessing it's only 8-9am where service and attitude standards drop . Everyone else seemed to have better experiences at later times .
They don't take $1 coins because "the manager has to take them to the bank". Do they not take all money to the bank? It's interesting that the business would rather pay a fee on a debit/credit transaction (missing out on revenue) instead of taking $1 coins, which are legal US tender. The service can be slow and the hashbrown sticks are always disgusting. I love the coffee and could get past those things, but not the ridiculousness of refusing legal tender. Never going back again.
This place is the bees knees♡♡ also, the girl who makes sandwiches is pretty funny. And the guy who makes donuts? He's so hot I'm surprised the fondant on the donuts doesn't melt away in his presence ♡♡♡♡ everyone here freaking ROCKS
Why do they stand out so much? it's very simple... They bust rear to get you your product, accurately and efficiently! cleanliness has always been exceptional, and the customer service is never less than exceptional.
