According to them a paper cut means cancer, but if you haven't coughed in 5 minutes you automatically don't have bronchitis even if you show every symptom. Now dealing with a sinus infection because I went 3 weeks with bronchitis without getting any medical help from these people.
Why are you only open until 5?
Dr. Duval and Dr. Balbo are excellent physicians, always easy to talk to and thorough. Primary care visits in the summer are much faster, and easier to get, than visits in the school year. The walk-in clinic can be a bit backed up at times during the school year. Never had any issues with the quality of care here- the staff are polite and attentive.
It is been third time that i came to the drugstore within the scheduled time window and it is closed. That is frustrating because you subscribed your inhaler only from the drugstore and the desk people can not issue any prescription w/o getting access to the drugstore computer. I think unavoidable circumstances might occur but also there should be an extra employee. Finally, even if that can not be done, PLEASE KINDLY MENTION IN THE WEBSITE THAT THE DRUGSTORE IS CLOSED.
