Great facilities, very friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff, equipment modren and you never really have to wait to use it numerous treadmills elliptical stepers to suit all tastes.you can also even get a massage, fitness evaluations, dietary advice and there are various structured groups for exercise you can join or you can arrange for a personal trainer or just work be yourself. Used by all ages from students at OU to people like myself retired, the atmosphere is very friendly and the facilities and equipment are very well maintained, you can pay either daily, monthly or annually and there's a special rate for Seniors (make sure you ask about it)
