The accounting system is terrible. I paid my copay every visit and was told I was missing a $30 copay. I showed proof of all payments and this was drug out for months. Billing staff didn't call me back for over a month when they said they would. My bill was turned into collections. Turns out the $30 I owed was from a service and not copay, but the copay I made on the day of service went towards the acupuncture service and not my copay. Thus leaving me with a copay still due. This is something I was never informed of until numerous phone calls and months later.
