It's a great place to shop, the people there are very nice, and I love the sales they have. Could use some work with their coupons so they work like there supposed to
Terrible place to shop if you want to make a purchase. There saving it for black Friday even if your right there. Don't have anymore on display but have 3 more in the back i was told at the clinique counter. I would have spent $80 or more and they just sold the 2 on display as I was coming to the counter. What ever happened to customer service. Shame on you Elder Beerman.
Great sales but inexperienced cashiers that can't answer questions or help. Can't use any coupons that are mailed to you bc everything is on sale. Seems they only use the coupons to lure you in.
Pricey items and mostly a large clothes selection, but a good place to get high quality items and good customer service
