February: Got there early. Got busy when we left (release party). Poor bartender. Great atmosphere.
The bourbon barrel selections here are fantastic. I never expected to find the artwork inside for sale though. Such a relaxing place to spend a weekend afternoon while meandering through the area.
Not usually harsh on reviews but have to say this is a 3 star at best. App was ok..... 8 bucks for 9 pieces of curd appetizer... Save you money. Portion size is substandard... Burger was tasty but for 13 buck and 1.50 more for a bit of fries, not worth it. I was told the burgers were killer.. I've had killer burgers and these were definitely not them. I wouldn't come back and I wouldn't recommend.
Great location, away from too-busy uptown. Fantastic selection of beers. Dog friendly.
Great, inexpensive beer. I used to go to some other bars in Athens, but this is the real stuff. Great food, great beer, great atmosphere. Very casual and relaxed. Sometimes they have live music. $2 pints between 7 and 8
